For the October edition, we're welcoming Nadia & Ilya Senchuk from Leaning Post Wines! Ilya is Leaning Post’s head winemaker, with more than two decades of winemaking experience and a serious obsession with expressing Niagara’s different terroirs. Nadia — a Certified Sommelier with an MBA in finance — is the entrepreneurial force alongside him. Together, they took a chance on an abandoned vineyard and old farmhouse in Winona and built Leaning Post into one of Niagara’s most exciting small-production wineries, known especially for its terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

Michelin-awarded Chef Alex Fields is joined by Wine Curator Julia Clarke to create unique evenings combining elevated Afro-Caribbean tasting menus and wine pairings. Some will think Rhyz is about the experience. Some wil think it's about the food. Others will think it's about the Chef. And others will think it's about the wine.
